Hi, I'm Rebeca, but here at Arrivê, they call me Oly. I've been part of Arrivê since October 2022. Before I joined the team, I was actually the one getting hands-on with editing. But in an amazing turn of events I became the one who responsible for project management, seeing them through to completion. In doing so, I love that I get to exchange fun ideas with my colleagues or just jamming to music while sipping my coffee and diving into my work.

"This project was my absolute favorite to lead because it ran seamlessly from the beginning. When I first received the briefing, I knew it would be fun, and it truly was. I coordinated the team's efforts and fostered collaboration to explore creative possibilities, witnessing the illustrator's ideas transform into a beautiful video.

It was amazing to see the artwork come to life, and I appreciated the many creative opportunities we had. Ultimately, we were able to deliver a fantastic video that I believe not only met but exceeded the client’s expectations."
